There are two possible methods to accessing the show on your television.
1) INTEGRATED BROWSER: This is when you download or enable a browser on the TV or streaming media device itself and navigate to BookTixLive and manually enter in your 16 digit StreamPass
2) CASTING: This is when you open the stream in a browser on your mobile/tablet/computer and send the feed over your internet to your TV
Since each technology handles encrypted video differently, there is no guarantee that your unique set up will work. See specifics about each configuration below.
Whichever method you choose, we suggest opening the stream on your primary device (mobile, tablet or computer) before you start casting/airplaying it to your TV. Not all TV's support modern full digital encryption, and the stream might work perfectly on your primary device and not work when it reaches your TV. If it does not work on your TV, you will receive a CDM error message or a black screen with audio. Setting up your technology may take some time, we suggest joining the stream about 20 min early to test your technology or find a different device to watch on

casting is not supported on these devices. You will need to download or enable the Amazon Silk Browser or Firefox on the device itself and navigate to BookTixLive and manually enter in your 16 digit StreamPass. If you receive an "invalid" message, you are likely entering the code incorrectly. The most common error is using a lower case L instead of a capital i, both letters look the same, l. Try entering the code again.
You can try downloading a browser, such as FireFox on your device, and then go to BookTixLive and manually enter in your 12-16 character StreamPass. Not all Smart TV's support modern full digital encryption, so we can not guarantee that your TV will allow for this.
This does not work with Macs, iPhones, iPads, Chromebooks, or Linux PCs, but if you are trying to view your Windows PC on a Roku, you may find the information on this webpage helpful.

Though a simple HDMI setup should work, for some it will not. Ensure you do not have any other adapters in the mix or other additional equipment routinely used for screen capturing or recording.
